The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for La Nkwantanang-Madina Municipal Assembly, Mrs Jennifer Dede Adjabeng on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 presented office items to the Oyarifa and Madina Zonal Councils as part of measures to fully equip the two zonal offices for efficient and effective operational delivery.
Presenting the items, she stated that the logistics were meant for office use only and nothing else. The MCE, thus cautioned officials of the two zonal councils to take good care of the items to prolong their lifespan.
The items included two each of tonner, printer, desktop computers, swivel chair, visitor’s chair, steel cabinet and four desk.
Receiving the items, the Presiding Member for the Assembly, Hon. Ismaila Blay thanked the MCE for the gesture and promised the items would be used for the intended purposes for which they were bought.
Present at the short ceremony were the Municipal Coordinating Director, Madam Abena Kwesiwa Kyei, the two chairpersons for the Zonal Councils, Hons. Abdul Razak and Okpoti Mensah who are also Assembly members for Madina West and Oyarifa electoral areas respectively.
