A Farewell and Induction Service for Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Teimah Barrigah and Apostle Emmanuel Nii Okuley Tettey as General Secretary for Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) respectively has been held at Global Evangelical Church, Adonai Chapel, Madina-Accra on Saturday, August 27, 2022
The brief but impressive ceremony attracted all the top echelon of the GPCC. Among some of the dignitaries were Rev. Prof. Frimpong-Manso, president of the Council; his vice Apostle Eric Nyamekye, who is also the Chairman of the Church of Pentecost; Apostle Opoku Onyinah, former Chairman of the Church of Pentecost and Mrs. Jennifer Dede Adjabeng, the Municipal Chief Executive for LaNMMA.
In a short sermon, Apostle Eric Nyamekye entreated Christians to stay connected to Jesus who is the source of living water, and that, whatever they do, they should do it wholeheartedly. Apostle Nyamekye said, the measure or success of Christian ministry is with the Lord, who at the right time will reward them greatly. He therefore encouraged Christians to sacrifice when it comes to serving the Lord.
