The La Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Assembly in its effort to ‘’Let’s Make Accra work’’ continued with its decongestion exercise within the Central Business Area (CBA) of the Municipality which started on Sunday 27th February 2022, and ended on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. The exercise meant to ensure that all unauthorised structures and other nuisance activities within the market enclave were removed. It was also to rid off the roads and streets of hawkers and sellers.
