The Bizbox Project is a four-year intervention project being implemented by the Ghana Enterprises Agency in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation.
The focus of the project is aimed at providing 250,000 youth, comprising 70% female, 10% Persons With Disability (PWD) with an entrepreneurial mind-set shift, capacity development, mentoring and coaching, access to market, regulatory support and appropriate start-up kits.
The project is a scale up of the GEA/ Master Card Young Africa Works project under GEA’s Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Project (YEEP) and aligns with our overarching mandate to develop and promote Ghana’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) Sector and Entrepreneurship.
In line with this mandate, the Business Advisory Centre has been undertaking vigorous sensitization within the Municipality to help MSME’s grow and equip participants with the necessary information they might need. One of such sensitization programs was held on the 14th of March, 2024 at the La Nkwantanang-Madina Municipal Assembly’s main hall.
