Network of Practice was officially launched on the 4th December, 2024 at Danfa Health Center.
The Ghana Health Service has adopted a new strategy to help in early reporting and reducing and preventing premature deaths.
Danfa Health center was selected as a model Health center, thus serve as a referral facility for private health facilities, Pharmacy and Chemical shops and CHPS Zones. This new innovation will link all service points, including herbal clinics to refer people to seek prompt health care at Danfa Health Centre.
